Even though our kitchen is amply stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for groups of up to 12, we appreciate that you may not wish to cook or indeed eat out every night during your stay with us. With this in mind, we have recently procured the services of local chef Martin Abramzon.
Martin commenced his career as a teenager in Buenos Aires, studying at the best schools in the capital and beside world-renowned chef Germán Martitegui. At the tender age of 19 he decided to travel to Spain to continue his professional training in the kitchen of Michelin star holder Martín Berasategui, developing further in Barcelona at the Palmira Restaurant before moving south to Ronda. We feel privileged to now be able to offer his services to guests staying at La Cazalla.
As Martin is much in demand, your private reservation for a barbecue or tapas needs to be made well in advance, so be certain to contact us as early as possible after you have completed your booking for La Cazalla and we will be happy to send you Martin's menus. He will come to the house with everything he needs, including a waiter, and provide you with the ultimate private dining experience. Go on!
