Dinner by candle light at Hotel La Cazalla
In Spring, Summer and Autumn it is served in the beautiful terraces under the stars,
by candle light and song of nightingales and fountains, just as it might have been
two thousand years ago, when the property was owned first by Romans and later
by Arabs.
It requires previous reservation, latest during breakfast, or even better, the day
before. And if the guest is planning to have dinner at the hotel on the date of
arrival, must let us know with time, through email or phone call.
Rodrigo'cooking is based on traditional Andalussian dishes with his personal touch.
Ingredi ensts are always first quality and chosen by their universal acceptance,
using vegetables and fruits, as well as our own olive oil, from our own garden.
Price: €40 per person, + 8% taxes, without wine.
Menu consist of a three course meal, and it could be, for example:
Gazpacho Andaluz "a la Cazalla de Ronda"
It is a cold tomatoe and cucumber soup with ham, egg and basil
Tenderloin of iberic pork

Iberian porks are those fed exclusively with acorns from Iberian oak forests.
Tempura of fresh figs from our garden, filled with chocolate

We ask our guests to let us know if they have any known allergies or dislikes and we will plan dinner according to these requirements

Time serving: 9:00 PM in June, July, August and September, 8:00 PM during rest of the year.
At midday we can pepare a picnick for you consisting of sanwiches and fruit.
Honesty bar
In our "serve yourself" bar, you will find a short, but good selection of wines, cavas, and soft drinks at resonable prices.
Breakfast
With fresh made orange juice, season's fruit from our garden, creamy home made yoghourt, cereal, soft boiled egg, piece of home made cake, fresh rolls, home made marmelade and a good cup of tea, or coffee, your body will be toned up and ready to allow the beauty of the sorrounding valley do the same for your spirit.
